Our mission is to help young people see beyond their current circumstances and connect them with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to build a stronger future.
Through youth-focused programming, community partnerships, and practical skill-building, IYI works to address the barriers many young people face, including lack of opportunity, limited access to resources, exposure to violence, and gaps in financial education.
We believe that when youth are given structure, guidance, and access to real-world knowledge, they can become leaders, builders, entrepreneurs, and positive forces in their communities.
